(as a service user),

The whole process was overwhelming for my daughter but the staff made our visit as smooth as possible. Both nurses were exceptional and made me as a mother super comfortable and confident that my daughter was in the best hands. 

We’re really grateful to the staff and the nhs for being amazing. 

It makes me think how fortunate we truly are to have such services when there are children in Palestine right now suffering so much without any healthcare whatsoever.

We’re deeply grateful for your appreciation of the NHS. It’s moments like these that remind us how fortunate we are to have access to such care. Your reflection on the wider global context, especially the heart breaking lack of healthcare for children in places like Palestine, is a powerful and humbling reminder of the inequalities that exist.
