"Coping with feelings"

About: Children, Young People and Families and Specialist Primary Care / Anchor Team

(as a service user),

At the start of the work I felt like I was drowning or being swept up in a tornado and threw the work i was given the space and freedom to talk or feel however I wanted and I was hesitant at first but once I was able to trust I was a able to get to where I am now I will be forever grateful of what I achieved and to the people that helped me get here I'm not saying everything is perfect but it feels manageable and that is what matters.

Stay cool ;)

This is a really lovely story to read. Thanks so much for sharing your experiences of working with Anchor. It helps us to understand how we can support young people as best we can.

With kind regards

Lisa Bradshaw (Team Manager)

and

Greg Stocks (Clinical Lead)
