"An asset to the practice"

Had an appointment with an ANP this morning which I was really anxious about as I required an examination that I wasn’t looking forward too.

I can’t remember the nurses name unfortunately as I was anxious but the nurse was fantastic, made me feel totally relaxed and the procedure went much better than I had anticipated. She discussed everything thoroughly and asked me to complete other tests.

Just want to say I am so grateful for this appointment and the time you took to explain everything to me while making the appointment a much better experience than I expected.
