About: Belfast City Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as a service user),

I went to the Endoscopy dept of the city Hospital today.

Every stage from reception to discharge (no pun intended) was easy and professional.

The procedure, which I was nervous about, was carried out with great care.

World class treatment from the NHS here in NI.

By the way, the skill involved to do these procedures safely is immense and such specialised staff should be paid accordingly.

The Endoscopy Unit is delighted that the NHS provided world class treatment. We strive each day to uphold the values of the Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland by treating each individual who visits the department with safe, effective, compassionate and person-centred care.
