I want to thank everyone for how amazing they were with my little boy after an e-scooter injury. The most amazing nurses. Doctors & just everyone who took time to ask if I was ok and reassured me everything that was done bit by bit, I’ll be forever grateful for use all & the trauma team x

Dear Lolax

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your heartfelt message following your little boy’s recent injury.

We’re so sorry to hear about the circumstances that brought you to hospital, but incredibly glad to know that our team was able to support you both with care, compassion, and clear communication throughout such a stressful time. It’s reassuring to hear that you felt informed and supported every step of the way – that is exactly the standard of care we strive to provide for every patient and family.

Your kind words will be shared with the nurses, doctors, trauma team, and all staff involved in your son's care – it will mean a great deal to them to know their efforts made such a difference to you.

Wishing your little boy a smooth and steady recovery, and thank you once again for your thoughtful message.

Kind regards

Kevin
