"Friendly and professional"

I attended a diagnostic scan appointment today at the Havant facility.  This was my second appointment at the Centre and I received exemplary treatment from two members of staff, Sarah and Lisa, who made me feel welcome and relaxed.

I had felt quite nervous before going in for the scan but these two staff members allayed any concerns I had and I was soon confident in their capability.  They were friendly and professional and made the visit a pleasurable experience.  Thank you!
