"The ladies were absolutely brilliant"

(as the patient),

I recently attended a kidney function scan at Stepping Hill Hospital. The appointment was 13:30 and I was called in five minutes early. The ladies were absolutely brilliant, explaining what they were going to do in a compassionate way and they maintained this caring and friendly yet efficient attitude throughout. Thank you so much, you are wonderful.
