About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / North Team

(as a service user),

I have been an addict since I was around 19 years old and I'm now in my 50's. Over the years I've seen many professionals to help with my addiction but I'm now working with STARS who have helped me a lot.

Andy and Julia in my opinion have gone above and beyond even to the point that Julia has now helped to get me rehoused and made my life so much better. I owe a lot back in my opinion.

My name is Hannah and I am the HUB Manager for STaRS Inclusion, North Staffordshire.

Thank you very much for sending this feedback, I am really pleased to read how you have appreciated and valued the support you have received from Andy and Julia, I will make sure I feed this back to them both.

I hope that you are also as pleased as I am to hear about how far you have come, whilst you may have received support to obtain new housing, your engagement and progress has meant that you successfully got the housing and have been able to keep your tenancy.
