The two nurses were very welcoming and made me feel at ease from the start. They were obviously very knowledgeable. They talked me through the whole procedure, letting me know what they were about to do. Although at times it felt uncomfortable I didn't experience any pain.

I am glad that our nurses made you feel at ease during your appointment and that you had a positive experience.
