About: Cameron Hospital / Stroke care

(as a relative),

I cannot say enough good things about the staff in Letham Ward.  The way myself and my Husband has been treated is amazing.  The nurses are fabulous I can't fault anyone . They all know their stuff and all my questions have been answered . 

Husband has been at home, he had his own space at the Hub and he loved doing his jigsaws there. I was so happy when I seen the hub it's an amazing space for the patient's and their families to use any time they like. There is everything in it , Kelly helped both myself and my husband massively. 

Everyone should use this space .

The garden is amazing,  what a treat to look at .

Sam is lovely and caring and Claire has been exceptional, these two people I won't forget.

If it wasn't for the care and attention my Husband received he wouldn't have done so well.

I need to give a shout out to Brenda the Domestic, she is special .

My name is Shirley Ward and I am the Senior Charge Nurse in Letham. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for taking the time to share such kind and thoughtful feedback about Letham. I am delighted to hear how well supported both you and your husband have felt during his time with us.

It is wonderful to know that the nurses were able to answer your questions and provide the care and reassurance you both needed. We are especially pleased that you found the Hub to be such a valuable space and that it gave your husband the opportunity to enjoy his own time and hobbies. We will make sure your lovely comments are shared with Kelly, Sam, Claire, Brenda, and the wider team, they will be touched to know the positive difference they have made.

The team take great pride in creating a welcoming environment, whether in the ward, the Hub, or the garden, and your words will mean a lot to everyone involved.
