(as the patient),

I'm just writing to say many thanks to the staff at the Royal Jubilee Hospital who took great care of me yesterday when I had angioplasty surgery.

Saying a special thanks to Doctor Rocchiccioli and all in the operating room including Tom, Jan, Ian, Philip and Seth. All nursing staff including Matthew, Paula, Gillian, Victoria and Lenin. Apologies if I have missed anyone by name.

Also to say thanks to all at the Royal Infirmary who took care of me including Dr Georgios, Dr Jenkins and all A&E doctors and staff. Also to mention Natalie at the cardio rehab unit.

Many, many thanks to all.
