(as the patient),

I was seen by Dr Mellon and it was such a professional experience from beginning to end. The nurses were friendly, chatty and put everyone at ease. And the doctor was very quick and efficient. having a unit like this is such a good idea!

Dear carinarc94,

My name is Anne Dooey, I am the Ward Manager of Surgical One, within my ward is CSAU - Causeway Surgical Ambulatory Unit, this would have been the area that you would have been treated in,

thank you so much for taking the time to forward this positive feedback to us,

CSAU is a relatively new unit, our aim is to treat our Patients same day, without the need to be admitted to an In-Patient bed,
