"Safety screens for reception"

The new look at Broom Lane Doctors are really good the layout is all spacious 

Seating area is good lots of rooms downstairs for consultation and upstairs for treatments but I feel the reception area is lacking in privacy and I feel the staff there could be vulnerable, I have seen first hand how people can get annoyed and aggressive about things like getting an appointment.

The ladies at Broom reception do the best they can to get people in to see the  doctor/nurse and should be treated with respect and be safe to do their job 

I really think a screen protective glass should be fitted.
