My little boy was admitted to children’s emergency department on Thursday evening and was discharged as an inpatient today. From start to finish, every single interaction was positive. The staff were all so informative, open & warm. In a difficult time of uncertainty, they made us all feel seen, respected and cared for. From the receptionist at check in at a&e, to the nurses and doctors there, to the nurses, nursing assistants, cleaning staff and doctors who cared for us on the ward - we had such a positive experience in such a scary time. Heartfelt thank you from myself, my husband and our little boy - you are all absolute angels!
