(as a service user),

I would like to comment on the services provided by Carolside Medical Centre, Glasgow.

The reception staff and medics provide an excellent service. I often hear people complaining about being unable to get a GP appointment. This is certainly not the case in my practice.   

My family are extremely grateful for the outstanding level of care provided by the Doctors and ancillary staff.  They deserve to be thanked for this.

There is not one specific element of care that I want to comment on. They are highly professional in all aspects and regardless of how many minutes are allocated per visit, they take the time to listen and diagnose. You never feel rushed or just another number. I appreciate how overworked and stressed medics and staff are, but they are always polite, welcoming and caring. This is a model practice that works for the community.
