About: Mental Health and Addiction Services / South Ayrshire Community Mental Health Team

(as the patient),

I was fortunate to be referred for help and guidance to the facility at Arroll Park, South Ayrshire by my medical practice mental health practitioner. In this instance, I was very fortunate to have one on one counselling by Lauren, who was absolutely perfect in her guidance, assistance and genuine care for my wellbeing.

Within minutes of sitting down with Lauren I felt at ease and was able to engage truthfully and with confidence. This was a fundamental part of my subsequent recovery and I looked forward to each session with Lauren. Her help, guidance and genuine care for me has been a wonderful experience with an entirely positive outcome.

I remain grateful to the NHS and Lauren in particular for genuine support through a difficult period of my life. The NHS is very fortunate to have Lauren on the Team and I know that she will provide genuine care and assistance to many others, going forward.

If possible, could someone please pass on my best wishes and heartfelt thanks to Lauren. I will never forget her.

I'm delighted that my feedback will reach Lauren. I remain grateful to her and the NHS team for their support and help over these past few months.
