The whole experience has been amazing from start to finish.

When I have bouts of darkness and anxiety, it gives me great relief to know I have sessions ahead with Niel who has been a great help to me, his relaxed approach and therapeutic talents help me immensely. 

After each session I feel invigorated and relaxed and it also gives me a different perspective on daily life. 

I have only one issue with the sessions, they are not long enough and also I need more help to achieve more of a relaxed mindset.
