"Nothing could be better, just more would be rewarding"

Being a bit of a sceptic, I was unsure or unconvinced about acupuncture, but that has since changed. I'm not sure if it's the professionalism of the staff, welcoming and understanding, but not pushy or the group selection. Great camaraderie and group support, or being the strange but relaxing feeling of all the anger and frustration leaving my thoughts, allowing me to breathe and sleep better with less nightmares moving away from the vortex that pulled me down into a dark place that made me very unwell.

Now life is not so black and white, there's colour appearing and I have no doubt its all down to acupuncture and relaxation group. I would love just one extra group session per week. That I believe would be more beneficial to me personally, but also discussed as a group too so nothing could be better, just more would be rewarding.
