My thyroid glad was scanned and aspirated today and I just wanted to thank the doctor and auxiliary again who were with me.

The doctor (Gordon I think it was - can’t remember his Dr name) was brilliant. He was so kind and knowledgeable about the procedure he ended up doing on me (FNA) and he really made me feel at ease and listened to. I felt a bit ill after the procedure and both he and the auxiliary were so kind.

They made sure I was feeling better and kept my spirits up by laughing and joking. I only saw my GP five days ago and in that time I had a scan organised and a procedure done to rule out anything suspicious. 10/10 service from the dr, auxiliary and ultrasound department.
