My lovely nan was admitted to Mere ward and was in hospital for 16 days until she passed away and I just wanted to thank all of the incredible staff members and especially Nicola who went above and beyond for my nan, she received the highest possible care and her dignity was upheld right till the end. Not only was they amazing with my nan but they was such a comfort and a major support network for all of the family they truly are a credit to the hospital. Thank you from the bottom of my heart it was such a relief to know my nan was being well cared for when we couldn't be with her.
