About: Mental Health Community Services / Condition Management Programme

(as a service user),

I fell into mental health the last 4 years so I have with depression anxiety stress lack of sleep drugs drink ans some parnrnioa. I done Afghanistan too so wasn't right from there as I do have forums of pdst. So me starting this program I didn't no what to expect so I didn't. When I started this program I wasn't doin good was ok. Then started hitting gym prorbley and goin to AA meetings. So all these things have helped me out to were iam at now.

As I started the programme and as I went through I new some stuff and some stuff I didn't. I was reading some stuff at nite to understand some things that I never new too help me to get along also trying different ways of dealing with my mental health. There has been some value from this programme and it's a decent programme to be involved with. I have toke some stuff and started learning more things to do for myself so I have.

The health instructors seem to be nice and pleasant which makes things alot smother too and makes programme so must eiesier. I believe this programme is in decent organisational probley and I can't see any improvements that's need made. I toke alot from this programme I hope it keeps running 🏃‍♂️ for a long time. Thank you for your help.
