This morning I had a blood test with Duani. I’m usually quite nervous about these things, but she was very caring and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, comforted me, and helped me feel at ease. To my surprise, I barely felt any pain at all. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism – well done, Duani!
