My little boy was diagnosed with a heart condition where he needed open heart surgery as well as having additional health problems

Jane is our health visitor. Jane has been such an incredible support with my son's journey. I honestly appreciate all the help and support she has given me. I don’t think I could have go through this journey without her. She has been like family helping us with things. After every meeting and call I have with her, I always feel so much better as she is always so encouraging and helpful. Thank you Jane for everything you have done for us

Hi there coordinationwb47. I am Amber one of the Team Leaders in the 0-19 (25 SEND) service. Wow, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for sharing this absolutely wonderful feedback about Jane. It brought a tear to my eye and knowing how passionate Jane is I am not surprised you have had a fantastic experience with her as your Health Visitor but how lovely of you to share this!
