"Poor signage"

I went on your site when I realised the minor injury was closed in Newtownards, I looked at the hospital map on your site it has not been updated i.e. the minor injuries is still on your map as being at the old A&E site. When visiting relatives at the hospital I find the signage very poor and people with poor mobility would find it very difficult due to the area to be covered when trying to get to the wards.
