I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the staff in Minors, particularly Meadhbh, who provided exceptional support and care to numerous patients, including my son, in a very busy environment. Her kindness and assistance were truly appreciated.
When my son was transferred to EMSU, we were fortunate to meet Sister Agnew, who continued to deliver outstanding care and support. The nursing staff, including Justine and Margaret, were also instrumental in his recovery. Despite the immense pressure on the A&E department and EMSU, the care and support we received were faultless.
I would also like to express my gratitude to Dr. Byrnes, the surgeon who operated on my son. Thank you to everyone we encountered during our time at the hospital, including those whose names we didn't get – your dedication and compassion did not go unnoticed.
