"Great service"

I started having problems with my back about 6 weeks ago and logged a triage form and got an appointment with a GP the next day. I saw a GP who examined me and put me on anti inflammatory medications. This didn’t help me so I was put on stronger pain killer and they requested me an X-ray. The hospital called me within a few days and I booked a date for my scan within 2 weeks I had my X-ray. Unfortunately it got cancelled but they booked me in for the following day which ended up being earlier than my cancelled X-ray. They referred me to a physiotherapist who was really great and knowledgeable which was comforting to me. Although I do not have the results yet I am so happy with the service to healthcare I have received. They have all been speedy and helpful which is great. They always get comments when things go wrong and feel they need to get praise when things go well as I felt very cared for.
