About: General Surgery / Elective Surgery (Ward 7 & 8)

(as the patient),

I am so grateful for the excellent care I received during my day surgery. The staff were all genuinely kind and friendly, from the nurses to the doctors. I especially want to mention the anaesthetic staff, who were so professional and reassuring. They made sure I felt comfortable and understood every step of the process, contributing to a truly calm and peaceful environment. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. Thank you to everyone for making my surgery day as stress-free as possible.
