"All of the staff I met were great"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Plastic Surgery & Burns (wards 45, 47, 48 & 49)

(as the patient),

I recently had my first contact with the department when I had an appointment with a consultant. At the same appointment I had an unexpected biopsy. All of the staff I met were great and couldn't have been kinder. I returned again,  as I thought I might have an infection at the biopsy site. Yet again, from the staff I spoke to on the phone to the nurse I saw, they were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. They are a great example of the NHS at its best and should be proud of themselves.
