"Always offering options in response to the situation"

Hello there, hope that me telling my stories can help in the future so....

Since I've been in Cygnet since autumn last year I have been supported by an advocate on the ward, her name is Francis. Unfortunately recently it was her last day on the ward as she is having a change of roles.

I bought a leaving card for her and asked all my peers to sign and leave a good message on the card and gave it to her, she was very pleased to have it, it really cheered her up. 

One of the things that I will say is how productive she is and always offering options in response to the situation, I also told her this as well. 

The hospital is appointing a new advocate so I look forward to meeting him or her.
