"I felt like I wasn't listened to and rushed"

About: Basildon Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

We were the only people in the waiting room when we went recently. My appointment was 1300. We saw the staff member go past shortly before with their cup of tea. We thought we would be on time for our appointment. Staff were having a great time in the corridor. 1315 was called in ... what a disappointment. I felt like I wasn't listened to and rushed. Felt like I was a nuisance being there. Although they declared the growths on my face cysts I disagree I was dismissed.

I asked what I should do about them but there reply was nothing they might grow bigger. Mm these are on my face so can't hide them. Checked some moles that are not normal for me...response nothing wrong with them.
