About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

Good

- walk in service available. Seen same day.

Bad

- having to queue outside in front of the car park

- nurse was openly judgemental about others’ lifestyle choices - made me wonder if she’d be judgemental about my lifestyle?

- nurse refereed to negative test results as “clean”…so a positive result would be “dirty”?

- two week wait for test results is too long

- was told they sometimes they lose test results so would need to chase

- unlike other sexual health clinics, did not offer antibiotics before a test results despite likely diagnosis.
