"My overall experience"

Well I went to the breast section part of the hospital and well they explained everything they needed to do, they were marvellous and put me at ease.  No rushing at all. 

Couple of points to make though, although I drive I am not good with technology and so I cannot using the parking machines so end up taking a taxi instead, I am alone so have no-one to assist with this.  And i would like my records to show that I am classed as vulnerable, but can't seem to get the PALS to do this.
