"Community Dental clinic Newtownards"

Took my sons to  south eastern trust community dental clinic in newtownards.  all staff from reception through to Cheryl the dentist were lovely and patient and knew the time/explanations needed for my sons: making the expereince much easier than normally is. Only feedback would be please consider your waiting and clinic areas re children. Lovely new building but very silent like being in a library. With children this can be unsettling and make waiting more difficult. Music or television in both clinic rooms and waiting area would have a relaxing and diatracting effect for nervous children. Even a small radio! Thanks
