"First class treatment"

My daughter was in tue day surgery unit 7 august.

She received first class treatment from tue minute we entered the building until she was discharged.

My daughter is an adult with ASN, the staff had thought of everything to make her stay more relaxed, she was given a side room to help with anxiety.

The nurses explained everything at a level she could understand  without  being derogatory

The consultant was absolutely outstanding, she drew the area requiring surgery and explained in depth again in layman's terms , she reassured my daughter she was in safe hands, the anaesthetist was equally as outstanding.

We felt as if Every member of staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make my daughter feel valued, respected and cared for.

I got to accompany her to the anaesthetic room and also got to be there waiting for her on her immediate return. 

We could not have asked for better treatment.
