"Attendance at fracture clinic Hairmyers hospital"

About: Outpatients Department / Fracture Clinic

(as a relative),

Arrived on time, checked in and immediately directed to X-ray - short wait radiologist brilliantly helpful ( didn’t get his name ) X-ray completed - returned to outpatients dept , short wait / brother helped to reposition his collar and cuff ( nurse Freya - very helpful and cheery - putting brother at ease. Reviewed shortly after by Dr Jose - caring with good explanations and advice given . Referred to physio for follow up and then discharged. 

Hospital appointment- ran like a well oiled machine ! 

Nhs is brilliant 🤩
