During a recent trip to A&E my grandmother required a brain scan. The scanner at the time was very rude, to my 85 year old grandmother. She shouted from her desk to not move then proceeded to walk towards grandmother saying why are you moving? then told her not to move and that she'd have to do the scan again. That is not the way I would expect an elderly woman to be treated or spoken to. I think she should be reprimanded and instructed to complete a bed side manner course. Poor poor quality of care
