"Mr Gupta and nurse"

My dad had an excellent experience today at the Macular Clinic in Belfast. First we met a lovely nurse (unfortunately we cannot remember his name) who had a lovely manner when dealing with my dad. Then we felt such a warm welcome when meeting Mr Gupta and he put us right as ease. He was so down to earth and spoke very openly and professionally about my dad's case in such a friendly and pleasant manner. He was so personable and couldn't have been more helpful. We were blown away by both his effort in trying to get my dad to be seen again quickly and the great follow up care he offered after the findings today. He then escorted us to the reception desk to get an appointment letter (which he did not have to do), made sure we were attended to and gave us a lovely friendly goodbye.
