"They have been a godsend"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Community Stroke Neuro Rehabilitation Team

(as the patient),

I has a stroke in early 2025 and was wary of what may happen in changes within my life.

I have had a team since this time and they have been a godsend.

They have listened to my worries, helped me to understand how to make the changed in my life better for me and enabled me to stop stressing on things I cannot do anything about but continue to work with my rehab.

They are a fantastic group of staff and I am grateful for them for supporting me in a very bad time in my life.
