(as the patient),

Honestly couldn’t have have had nicer staff, all were unbelievably helpful from the student nurses, Nurses, to the doctors and everyone in between. Each member of staff went over and beyond to make sure my well-being was put first to the highest of their abilities. Especially with me having to travel over 50 miles to get there and and travel back the next day. I had to stay overnight and no matter the time each nurse that I called for greeted me with kindness and helpfulness. I have nothing negative to say. Great experience and great staff.

Good morning my name is Mairead Boyd Ward 9 Manager.

Can I start by expressing my heartfelt gratitude for your very kind beautiful compliment to all the staff. I would like to thank you for taking the time to write to us especially as you are recovering from surgery.

As a team we endeavor to provide a high standard of patient centered care and want all our patients to have a positive experience on Ward 9.

As manager I am very proud to hear that my team provided that high standard of care and your whole experience was so positive.

It is a long journey and we aspire to help reduce the long waits for surgery and allow our patients to receive the care they deserve in a safe timely manner.

I will inform all the Team on Ward 9 of your kindness and thank you again for taking the time to write.
