(as a service user),

Attended Ulster Hospital recently after being badly let down by another hospital. I was triaged almost instantly and had blood and urine samples taken within an hour.

After a bit of a wait (approx 7 hours) i was seen by Dr O'Toole who was outstanding he quickly scanned me and ran multiple tests which all came back clear, he then referred me to the gastro clinic for further tests.

Very happy with the staff and treatment given.
