"A huge debt of gratitude for amazing care"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Medical Day Unit (Ward 7A) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Breathing and lung problems (Respiratory Wards 7a, 7b, 7c & 7d)

(as a service user),

I have recently been attending the medical day unit on the 7th floor at Gartnavel Hospital in Glasgow for my Biologic Asthma injection. The staff are so accommodating , helpful and kind. A huge thank you to them all. I owe the whole respiratory service based at QEUH & Gartnavel a huge debt of gratitude for the amazing care I have received over the years. More than words can convey. Much as it seems inadequate, thank you everyone.

Dear Jul15,

Thanks for taking the time to provide such lovely care opinion feedback regarding your experiences at the Asthma Biologic Clinic and Respiratory Service at both Gartnavel General Hospital and the QEUH Glasgow.

The whole team endeavours to deliver the highest standard of quality clinical patient care so it is great to read that this has been your experience.

I will pass this feedback on to the whole team who I know will be thrilled.

Kind Regards

Kirsty Murray

Team Lead Respiratory CNS QEUH.
