Woke up 5am strange feeling across my chest, a tightness difficult to explain, this feeling started to develop so rang 999. Fifteen minutes later paramedics arrived further fifteen minutes and I was on my way to Sheffield Northern General hospital where emergency team were waiting my arrival, well done NHS. I am now under the cardiac rehabilitation team and grateful for support.
