About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Cardiac Rehabilitation Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I started suffering with breathlessness and tightness of the chest whilst working and general activities, i felt quite worried and concerned then i was eventually diagnosed with a heart condition which was explained and treated by having a heart bypass surgery.

I have recently finished a course of physiotherapy thank you to lovely physios for helping me with the recovery process they do such an amazing job thanks 😊
