My dad attended an outcome appointment following his memory assessment and brain scan.
The outcome was delivered sensitively and with caring kindness. They took time to ask dad how he was doing, how he felt etc. The Consultant also asked me how I was doing which I thought was lovely. My dad and I left super impressed. What a wonderful service! 😃
