About: Biggart Hospital / Care of the Elderly Medicine

(as a relative),

Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank all the staff including MDT in Lindsay Ward Biggart for the fabulous person centred care our mum received during her recent stay, the rehab she was provided with has allowed her to move on with a standard of mobility we did not think was possible .

The overall care she was provided with was above and beyond . Thank you

With my apologies for the length of time to reply to you, I would like to thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided by the staff within Lindsay Ward, Biggart Hospital.

I was sorry to hear that your mum required an admission to hospital recently. I can only imagine how scary and anxious this must have been for you. I am, however, glad to hear that, with support, she has been able to move on and now has a standard of mobility that you did not think would be possible. This is a lovely example of the person centred care that we strive to provide.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients, and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider MDT Team in the hospital. I know they will be delighted to receive this and to know that you felt so well supported by them.

Please accept my best wishes for your mum’s ongoing recovery and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.
