About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Neonatal Unit

(as a service user),

Thank you so much for the care, respect and kindness you showed us and our wee baby.  Although no parent ever wants their child to end up in neonatal, the care he received was exceptional. We would especially like to thank Katie who was with us for the first few really hard days - thank you.  We also want to thank you all for keeping our other children entertained while on the ward - that is not an easy task.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback about your experience in our Neonatal Unit in Craigavon Hospital. We know it can be very stressful for parents when their baby is unwell and needs admitted to the baby unit. I'm very pleased to hear that your son received the appropriate care and the staff were good to him and yourselves I know that they will appreciate your kind words.
