About: Whiteabbey Hospital / Pre-Assessment Unit

(as the patient),

I had my pre surgery assessment this morning at Whiteabbey hospital.  I was seen very punctually and every one I saw from reception to actual nursing staff were very polite and professional.  I was made to feel completely at ease. 

Everything was carefully explained to me.  I cannot praise the staff at Whiteabbey Hospital enough.  Excellent care whilst I was there.  They certainly put my mind at ease and now looking forward to my surgery.

My name is Marie Devlin and I am the manager of the pre -op assessment team.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how you found your appointment with us in Whiteabbey and giving us such positive feedback about your experience, I really appreciate it.

We try to ensure all our patients have a positive experience with us, as we understand that patients can be very apprehensive about their surgery and anaesthetic and we try to allay any fears or worries that they may have.
