"Useful and supportive tools"

Employment support services really helped me with my job they helped me understand a lot about works procedures and helped me in meetings and help me understand a lot of the things being said to me, once I had lost my job at a warehouse they had helped me create a new and better cv and cover letter helped me apply for jobs and would inform me about new jobs aswell that have came up in the area, we would even take a drive out to these places and my support worker would even drop copies of my cv into stores for me aswell. This is a really useful and supportive tool for people and it really improved and helped me with my work life a lot more.
