"The follow up care after heart operation and bypass."

A short time after my operation I  was invited to attend the cardiac rehabilitation programme  Armagh & Dungannon area 

This was an 8 week programme to help you get back in fitness as well as giving you important information on diet , exercise, stress and exercises that would help you recover 

The programme was excellent and very informative 

The  2 staff Jane and Shileen were very helpful and informative

And done an excellent job every week 

I notice the difference in my levels of fitness from week one and every week after 

And would certainly recommend it 

Good program and delivered vey professional
