(as a parent/guardian),

My 4 year old son, had a fall last week and today we were told he had a broken elbow. We had been seen by triage last Wednesday and then a&e over the weekend as it still wasn't any better.

Today we got a phone call to advise there was a break in his elbow. I just wanted to take the time to say a massive thank you, to Ali and Dot who put my sons cast on today. They were so kind and caring with him, and explained the whole process. They really are a credit to the minor injuries department and made things so much easier for me at such a distressing time for us all.

Everyone always take the time to complain but less often people take the time to appreciate good staff and good practice. Thank you both again. And for taking such good care of my son.
